Optimised Maintenance Management

Using the potential of the building management system, our application experience and our asset management tools and capability we are able to offer customers an alternative solution to reduce the cost of conventional planned preventative maintenance.

We can, using remote data transfer, carry out continuous monitoring of the building assets identifying actual 'hours run' and provide automated comparisons against the individual asset maintenance requirements.

In the case of duty / standby plant we ensure optimum operation of both equipment sets thereby ensuring equal wear, and equal operation, and asset based service for both items which in many cases can extend the asset life and therefore reduce capital expenditure outlay by improving the asset life.

Each relevant building asset is programmed into our data base, including component manufacturer, service details and service frequency, by analysing the use of the individual asset we are able to initiate electronically or manually an instruction for system maintenance to be arranged via the customer's provider.

Should an asset malfunction occur, the system will automatically in conjunction with the automated alarm handling software initiate an emergency call out from the customers dedicated mechanical / electrical maintenance provider.

This facility allows clients to reduce their spend on planned preventative contracts and ensure maintenance visits are based on the actual asset use and not perceived time
